Returns
Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Certain items, such as final sale products, underwear, and swimwear, are not eligible for return.
Process:
Initiate a Return: Visit our Returns page and fill out the return form with your order number and email address.
Receive a Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization email with a shipping label.
Ship Your Item: Print the shipping label and attach it to your return package. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.
Return Shipping Cost:
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
Refund Amount:
The refund amount will be the purchase price of the returned item(s) minus any return shipping costs if applicable.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Notification:
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. If you do not see the refund in your account within 7 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted.
Exchanges
Eligibility:
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size or color. The item must meet the same conditions as returns (unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached).
Process:
Initiate an Exchange: Contact our customer service team at support@versavogue.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
Receive Exchange Authorization: We will provide you with instructions and a shipping label for returning the original item.
Ship Your Item: Send back the item using the provided shipping label. Once we receive it, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
Exchange Shipping Cost:
We will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item if the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
For exchanges due to size or color preferences, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, but we will cover the shipping cost of the new item sent to you.
Non-Returnable Items

Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
